- A few hours before cooking, soak the beans in water, and let them stand, so that the beans swell.
- Wash the beans and put them to cook. When the water boils, replace the water and cook in slightly salted water on low heat until the beans are fully cooked. Repeat the process of changing the water in which the beans are cooked several times.
- Fry finely chopped onion and carrot. At the very end, add finely chopped garlic. Add cooked beans, season with salt and pepper as desired, 1 spoonful of Garden spices, Garden parsley and simmer everything together for 1 hour in a deep pan in an oven heated to 200◦C around 30 minutes.
- Make the sauce: add 2 tablespoons of flour to 4 tablespoons of heated oil. Remove from heat and only then add 1 spoonful of Moravka Garden sweet paprika. Pour over the beans, mix and simmer for another 45 minutes.
- Serve with cheese, salad.
This is a lean version. For a variant that is not lean, you can add meat, bacon or sausage, if desired.
