Cream puffs

Ingredients needed:

For the filling:

milk

Preparation:

    1. Put 500 ml on the fire, add 12 spoons of sugar and let it boil.
    2. In 200ml of the remaining cold milk, mix 2 vanilla puddings, semolina and thickener. This mixture should be added to the milk when it boils, left for a short time on a low heat, stirring all the time with a wire, so that no lumps appear. When the mixture is removed from the stove, add 2 vanilla sugars and leave everything at room temperature to cool.
    3. Beat 200 g of margarine, which should be combined with the cooled filling. It's a yellow filling.
