Mix the dry ingredients. Add oil, yogurt and sour water, so that you get a dough of the desired thickness.
Pour the resulting mixture into muffin tins lined with baking paper baskets. This mixture is enough for 24 muffins. Sprinkle with sesame and flax seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250◦C 45 minutes. Serve with yogurt, sour milk or sour cream.
