Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients needed:

300 g

soft flour

3

eggs

120 g

butter

150 g

yogurt

Blueberries as desired

Preparation:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat the eggs in another bowl, then add the rest of the wet ingredients.
  2. Lightly combine the dry and wet ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with baking paper. This mixture is enough for 12 muffins.
  3. Bake at 200C around 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot or cold.
